Cancellation Policy

Customer bookings and timeslots are very important to us and allow us to treat all customers fairly. 

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to remember appointment dates; and receiving electronic confirmation the day before an appointment is not guaranteed, and therefore cannot be relied upon. 

To avoid timeslots being wasted, we respectfully require at least 48 hours’ notice for the rescheduling of appointments and for cancellation.

Where customers do not provide adequate notice as above, a fee of £50 will be charged in line with this policy.
